Free Shipping Exceptions:

Free shipping does not apply to the following items due to high weight or special handling requirements:

Q: How can I place an order?

A: You can place your order directly through our website. Simply add your items to the cart, proceed to checkout, and follow the on-screen steps to complete your purchase.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

A: Yes — we offer free shipping for orders over $149 and under 50 lbs within the province of Quebec. Certain exceptions may apply for oversized or heavy items.

Q: Do you ship outside Quebec?

A: Yes, we ship across Canada. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and product type. We work hard to provide the best shipping rates. You can also contact us with your order (SKU number) and postal code, and we’ll be happy to help reduce your shipping costs.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: Most orders are processed within 24 hours, but sometimes it can take 1–3 business days. Delivery time depends on your location and the carrier. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Local Delivery

Q: Do you offer local delivery?

A: Yes — local delivery is available in select areas of Quebec (e.g., Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts). If you qualify for local delivery, this option will appear automatically at checkout.

Q: Can I schedule a delivery time?

A: You can include a note with your preferred delivery time at checkout. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request depending on availability.

Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. To start a return, contact our support team with your order number.

Q: Are there any restocking fees?

A: Some industrial or special-order items may be subject to a restocking fee. You will be notified before completing your return.

Q: How do I receive my refund?

A: Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is inspected and approved.

A: We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Interac, and Shopify Payments. Corporate and government purchase orders may also be accepted upon approval.

Q: Can I pay by bank transfer or cheque?

A: Most products listed on our website are in stock. However, some items may require additional lead time. You’ll be notified if an item is back-ordered.

Q: Do your products come with a warranty?

A: Yes, most products are covered by the manufacturer’s standard warranty. For warranty claims, please contact us with proof of purchase and product details.
