Solution TFL ("Solution TFL," "we," "us," or "our") operates solutiontfl.ca, an online store offering industrial, welding, safety, and related products across Canada. Our store is hosted by Shopify.

  • Quote and customer-service information: product numbers or SKUs, requested quantities, postal code, company details, and any information included in your messages to us.

  • Marketing and feedback information: newsletter preferences, responses to promotions, product reviews, ratings, survey responses, and other feedback you choose to provide.

  • Technical and usage information: IP address, browser and device type, language, approximate location derived from an IP address, pages viewed, referring page, searches, clicks, and interactions with our website.

  • Security information: information used to detect fraud, misuse, security incidents, or potentially unlawful activity.

Please do not send us sensitive personal information unless it is necessary and we have specifically requested it.

Our store is powered by Shopify. Our website is intended for business customers and adult consumers, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14 without the consent required by law.
